What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and have their original tags attached.

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 15 minutes of placing your order. After this timeframe, orders are automatically processed in our system and requests made after this time will be denied. Once received, your order can be returned for a full refund.


How can I return an item?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

We offer free delivery on all orders within Australia.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within Australia.
