Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you just need to contact our customer service at info@prestigia-melbourne.com to start your return process. You'll need to send your order number, which you received in an email or paper invoice directly from us.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you our returns address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.
Returns for bundled items must generally include all products within the bundle. Individual products may not be returned separately.
